Requirements for EIA Graduation

 

 

ü     Unified Procedure: All assays have identical dilutions and reaction times

 

ü     Sufficient reagents to perform several runs during the full-expiration date of the kit

 

ü     All reagents (except distilled water for the wash buffer) are included in each kit

 

ü     All components (except Wash Buffer) are Ready-To-Use

 

ü     All steps are performed at room temperature (15-25C) with a total incubation time of a little over an hour

 

ü     Reagent storage at 2-8C.

 

ü     Break-away wells for cost savings; use only what you need

 

ü     Convenient dropper bottle configuration on the conjugate, substrate, and stop reagents for ease of use. The dropper tips are removable for easy pipetting.

 

ü     A real-time calibrator is included in each run to adjust for normal laboratory variances

 

ü     A simple, standardized reporting system that utilizes an Index of 1.0 as the cut-off between a positive and negative result.

 

ü     Manufactured at a FDA and USDA registered manufacturing facility located in California, USA.
